The new management was still part of the old managment - they just chopped the old top tier off and moved next guys up. And I can't believe no one has said anything about Culpepper playing at 300 lbs. last season! I know hes a big dude but Jesus Christ, I bet they had OGs smaller than him.
Culpepper came off the street at 300 pounds and did as well/bad as the rest of their QBs. If they're smart, they'll start him, and hopefully he can play his butt off and win them some games. As a fan of the guy I hope he comes out firing and does lead the Lions to the playoffs, but more than likely, that's not going to happen. Stafford won't be ready to take snaps for a few years IMO.
