my sister hid all the sharp objects from me. they tried to make it a season but I knew it would turn out this way. win just enough to get a mid level first round draft pick so not much help there. and with no second rounder it is really going to hurt us. maybe they can catch lightning in a bottle and some other teams lose a few games and we sneak in but like Eric Allen said, it is just too deep of a hole.

Breese is a great qb,but he is just such a different player without his security blanket(sean peyton) on the sideline.

 

I think any qb relies a lot on playcalling. and I believe there is no one better than Sean Payton. I just hope he doesn't come back and lost his mojo.

 

That defense though is brutal. I know they have tightened it up some of late but they are still giving up yards in chunks.

 

I can't believe they have concentrated on defense the past few years and can't get it right. It is just amazing. they can't tackle or cover. Most of the receivers are wide open when they catch the ball. Most of the defenders go for the knock out shot and don't wrap up. Now in the red zone they are a lot better. I guess it is because there is less ground to cover. But with the new collective bargaining agreement they can't have a lot of tackling practices so I don't see them getting any better.

 

Poor draft picks. Ellis never panned out, neither did Heyward. Will Smith seems to have hit a wall too. That D-Line is in need of some help. Then that secondary....Jenkins seems lost at time to me.
