A six-to-eight game suspension along with a $1 million fine are considered likely punishments for Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay, according to ESPN.

Irsay has had his driver's license suspended for refusing to take a blood test after being arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Irsay has a history of drug problems and went to a treatment facility after his arrest.

He has a court date on June 19 for two misdemeanor counts of impaired driving.
