Throught to 2014, no mention of how many dollars yet.
Already Posted in the News Headlines. Thanks Anyway.
How much $$$?
No idea but $10m a year seems to be the going right for bright young QB's.
I'd imagine something similar to Romo's.
Now they need to work on Jennings :icon_cheesygrin:
Congrats Pack fans!
Sounds like you guys have transitioned OK from the Favre era.
yeah seriously right after saying he'll worry about that in the offseason rodgers gets an extension lol. i have a feeling the two are related. like maybe jennings knew rodgers was gonna get an extension today so he said he wouldn't worry about it yet
man if you put together the packers' offensive drafting ability with the ravens' defensive drafting ability you'll have yourself one hell of a franchise.
The Green Bay Packers made a long-term commitment to quarterback Aaron Rodgers on Friday, signing the first-year starter to a contract extension through 2014. The team announced the extension after practice Friday afternoon, when Rodgers signed the paperwork. The deal is worth $65 million over six years, with $20 million guaranteed, a league source told NFL Network's Adam Schefter. "It means a lot," Rodgers said. "I'm very excited knowing that my future is going to be here in Green Bay."
I'm surprised by that signing at this time, but I'm glad they have agreed
