The running game was highly effective for Baltimore today so they didn't need Flacco to win it for them. Also helps when they had great starting field position for most of the game.
well, it's not looking like we're getting an exciting game this weekend. the ravens and jets both brought the games down to their level. i fell asleep during both of them. the cowboys game was more entertaining but it was just a blowout.
Congrats Ravens. They kicked New England to the curb in this one. Good luck against the Colts next week.
Thanks for the congrats everybody, this might be the most satisfying football game I've ever watched. Indy up next.
i'm thinking we may be looking at a jets vs. ravens afccc .................... zzzzzzzzzzzzz ......... i probably won't even watch that game because both teams are playing such a slow, safe tempo right now it would just be punt, punt, punt, punt, punt, punt, punt .......
ha ha...you are such a liar. You, I, and everyone else knows that you will watch it. You're such a huge NFL fan in general. Nobody is buying that line. :icon_cool:
Wow. What a performance by the Ravens. It's going to be very difficult to win in Indy, but we have to keep pounding the ball and hope Flacco gets healthy, because if we fall behind to Peyton Manning early, he's going to have to throw it more than 11 times or whatever the stat was. Excellent job, Baltimore Ravens.
you're right. you caught me exaggerating for effect. :icon_redface: i would watch it and i would probably end up enjoying a close, ball possession, field position battle. (and obviously, i would be a Ravens fan in that one .......:icon_cheesygrin:)
that was a great 1st quarter by the ravens yesterday, and you are right, ravenfan52. flacco will have to pass more if we are able to beat indy this saturday night.
Great execution, limited our mental errors and physically dominated. Gonna need alot more in the passing game to beat Indy but i understand the game plan in NE. Everyone in the stadium knew we were running and we still got 4 yards a pop.
