All I Want To Know about the Ads on GIF

    I;m running McAfee, but it's not deleting cookies to my knowledge. It is fine right now, but what I was thinking, is if it starts doing it again, I could go into my internet settings and add adbrite as an entry to accept cookies all the time...right? But I don't know if that would be a safe thing to do...

    no offense taken Sweets...I will be first to admit, I am FAR FAR FAR from any sort of computer genius. Genius in general? Yes! Computer genius? No. :icon_wink:

    If you go to another site that also uses adbrite but allows 3rd party ads you could theoretically have a problem.

    Stop using IE, Ward. Then you'll get the ad every 6 hours just like you're supposed to.

    haven't used IE since i've started using FireFox. to quote the Angry Video Game Nerd, IE is a "crap load of heck."

    It sucks, you can't even uninstall it from your PC. Also, if you follow and advice on the internet about "disabling IE" then you'll find half your stuff that work via the internet do not work... IE still has some use to do with proxys but not as a browser.
