All players have bad games. I don't think he deserves to be in the game either (thank his buddies across the Pacific for that), but pointing to one bad game as proof is just nitpicking. Longoria and Hart win the final votes. I don't know how Hart beat out Wright and Burrell. He certainly had the numbers, too, but I didn't think Milwaukee fans would outvote Philly fans, let alone the city of New York. I'm afraid this hurts Burrell's chances of getting into the game to replace the injured Soriano. The team is already stacked with outfielders, so Hurdle will probably take Wright over Pat now. Gay.

Nice looking lineups, but Hurdle has officially made himself the biggest goober in the history of All-Star games. Ben Sheets starting for the NL? :icon_eek: If it isn't Voluez, it should be Lincecum or Webb. Where the hell did he get Sheets from?
 Yeah, you're right. Webb started against us. Don't know how I didn't put 2 and 2 together. I looked it up and Volquez threw 114 pitches Saturday. Hurdle is off the hook. :icon_redface:
Webb probably wont even be pitching in the AS Game. And you know you have a good line up when your 8 & 9 hitters are Joe Mauer & Dustin Pedroia.
