TYLER, Texas — Ann L. Campbell, the mother of 1977 Heisman Trophy winner Earl Campbell, has died in Tyler. Edith Moore, a spokeswoman with Community Funeral Home of Tyler, told The Associated Press that Ann Campbell died Monday in hospice care. Moore says Ann Campbell had been ill.
