save then it brings it to where i want to save it to

avg anti virus and Ad-Aware SE Personal for spyware

 

and you can't download it, after you shut them down?

Is your Windows Security software off?

 

If you have windows xp service pack 2 you have a built in windows firewall, see if its off, if not turn it off go to control panel open security center/windows firewall (depending on which view you are in) set it to off (not recommended) and try again.
