The Bears are not believed to have offered contracts to free agent Pisa Tinoisamoa last week, but a decision could be looming for him this week. It was originally reported that Tinoisamoa, who first visited the Buffalo Bills, would also take a trip to Philadelphia but the Philadelphia Daily News has disputed that, and right now the former St. Louis Ram has the Bills and Bears to choose between. The linebacker would likely shoot to the top of the depth chart quickly on the strong side for the Bears thanks to his experience playing under Lovie Smith and Bob Babaich his rookie year in St. Louis.
