Bengals got beat down the first half, and tried to make it a game in the second half three horrible plays I blame this damn loss on #1 Palmer's Interception into a Touchdown Second half Kick Return Touchdown and the Refs giving the patriots a Touchdown what a way to start the year off. I called this a loss to begin with in my predictions but to lose like that :|
no, it wasn't 'three' plays that lost the game. there were about 50 plays in the first half where the Bengals lost the game. The Bengals were beaten soundly on both sides of the ball the entire first half and when the Pats' lead was up to 28 points in the 2nd half, they let their foot off the gas pedal and the bengals started to finally look like they were in the same league with the Pats. But don't let a few garbage-time TD's re-tint your rose-colored glasses too much. The Bengals got pwned worse than any other team in the league yesterday and they have some major things to fix. it wasn't just a 'few' plays. It was nearly every play before garbage time that lost them the game.
