The big speech from "Big Ticket" wasn't much in the way of fire and brimstone. [At halftime Sunday, Kevin Williams] had had enough. He had to say his piece, requesting the attention of a frazzled locker room. This wasn't William Wallace on horseback. Nothing close to Pacino in "Any Given Sunday" either. A rousing pep talk? Williams wasn't interested in that. ... The theme of Williams' speech? "You either go out and do your job or just stay in the locker room and don't even bother to fool with this," Williams said. ... "It's cool because when Kevin speaks, you listen," linebacker Erin Henderson said. "When he says something, it's like, 'I better take that to heart. Ticket decided to say something.'"
