Jairus Byrd will replace Baltimore Ravens free safety Ed Reed on the AFC squad thanks to the Ravens' berth in Super Bowl XLVII. He's joined by two other Bills teammates that were added to the Pro Bowl roster earlier today: running back C.J. Spiller (filling in for Ray Rice) and defensive tackle Kyle Williams (filling in for Haloti Ngata).

This marks the second time that Byrd has made the Pro Bowl; the first came in his rookie season of 2009, when he nabbed a league-high nine interceptions but could not participate in the all-star game thanks to a season-ending injury. This season, Byrd recorded 76 tackles, intercepted five passes and forced four fumbles while emerging as one of the best free safeties in the business.
