The Bills have traded the eighth overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft to the Rams. To move up the Rams parted with a second round pick (46) and a third round (78) as well as their seventh round pick (222) with the Bills. In addition to the Bills first round pick, the Rams received their third round pick (71). The Rams selected wide-receiver Tavon Austin.
