Bills wide receiver's James Hardy and Steve Johnson are both going to get a chance to prove they can be an NFL-caliber starter this year. With the free agency departures of Terrell Owens and Josh Reed, the Bills need a receiver to step up and be an effective complement to Lee Evans. GM Buddy Nix said the team will take a long look at Hardy and Johnson to see if either is the answer. "We want these guys to step up," Nix said. "You need to find out what you've got.
