It's a ridiculous notion, but it's an embedded notion. Have you heard this ridiculous news story about a 9 year old beating on her teacher because her teacher was white? Why would a 9 year old, someone born in 2000 even have any racial resentment? Who raised this child to tell her it was okay to do this?
