Director of football operations Brandon Beane will oversee the Carolina Panthers for the remainder of the 2012 season, but the organization is stopping short from giving him an 'interim GM' designation. Make no mistake, this is a part-time job only to get the team to the end of the season. Beane, along with the remaining scouts and coaches should all last until 2013, barring another rash of surprise moves.
