The Houston Texans have their starter for 2015, at least for now. According to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, coach Bill O'Brien resolved what has been a relatively underwhelming quarterback competition on Monday by naming Brian Hoyer as the team's starter. Hoyer, who signed a two-year deal with the Texans in March, has primarily been competing with Ryan Mallett for the starting job.
