Browns Announce Final Roster Cuts To Get Down To 53-Man Roster

    The Cleveland Browns announced Friday that they have reached the 53-man roster limit.

    The Browns terminated the contracts of tight end Evan Moore and veteran backup quarterback Seneca Wallace, who played in 14 games (seven starts) over the past two seasons in Cleveland, throwing for 1,261 on 119-of-208 passing and six touchdowns.

    The Browns waived the following players: offensive linemen Dominic Alford, Stanley Daniels, Garth Gerhart, Jarrod Shaw and Jeff Shugarts, defensive linemen Ronnie Cameron, William Green, Ernest Owusu, Brian Schaefering and Kiante Tripp, wide receivers Josh Cooper and Rod Windsor, defensive back James Dockery, tight end Dan Gronkowski, linebackers Benjamin Jacobs and Quinton Spears, fullback Brad Smelley and running back Adonis Thomas.
