A member of the Cowboys scouting department is heading out to bigger and better things with pro scout Keith OQuinn being named director of Pro Scouting for the Cleveland Browns. OQuinn has spent the past three seasons with the Cowboys, his main duties involving the evaluation of players around the NFL, along with those playing in the CFL and the AFL. This is a meteoric rise for OQuinn, who prior to hooking on with the Cowboys in 2006 served as an assistant football coach and head baseball coach at Kaufman High School in Kaufman, Texas.
