I remember this dude a few years back with the Browns. I wish we would have kept him becuse he was an electric returner.
Here's the only problem- other than kickoff returns, what else is he going to do? If he winds up the 6th receiver, who are the other 5? Moss, Stallworth, Welker... and then who? This is going to be one of those cuts that people aren't going to like if it happens, but will have to second-guess if he makes it onto the team.
