If that's what it takes to keep being able to watch football.. I don't give a damn. Make the whole freaking field one big advertisement for all I care. Just give me my football fix.

    FFS, I hope not.!!!!....

Where they gonna put the sponsor logo anyway?,... Can only think that the jerseys will no longer have the players number on the front to make room. Like a soccer jersey.

All about the money. Not just from the sponsorship either, every time the sponsor changes the jersey effectively becomes out of date even if the actually jersey itself hasn't changed, making the fans shell out for more jerseys just to have the current one.

Just because it is on soccer jerseys "doesn't make it right" for the logos to be on an NFL jersey...it's bush league...

Just one more reason to hate soccer......

I really hope the NFL lets tradition trump over greed just this one time. But who am I kidding?

Yeah, I remember the NFLE jerseys. But lets be fair here, they look proper gash with the sponsor patches slapped on the like that.

Well, it not that they're looking nice, but sooner or later the NFL will take that chance for making $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and the NFLE style will be the "best" solution

Ideally they'll just leave the jerseys alone.

But yeah, you're probably right, eventually the lure of the $$$$$$ will meant that the league goes for jersey sponsors, and I agree with you that NFLE style is the 'least bad' way to do it. Better than removing the front number and slapping the logo in the middle like on soccer shirts anyway.

It's an awful idea...but like olly said...it's only a matter of time before the NFL gives in to the $$$$. Especially if Goodell is in charge...lol.
