Seattle finished tied with Cleveland and Oakland for the sixth-worst record in the league but earned the sixth overall pick in the April NFL draft because its opponents had a lower aggregate winning percentage than the Browns and Raiders. The Seahawks also hold the Broncos' first-round pick, No. 14 overall, by virtue of a draft-day trade in which Seattle swapped a 2009 second-round choice for the Broncos' 2010 first-rounder.
