at the very end of the play from 1 angle the ball came completely out of his arm. most angles you couldn't see it

 

No if you have control of the ball and two feet down it's a touch down.

He made the catch and then got both feet down. The second that 2nd foot hits the ground, that's a touchdown, IMO.
