We've got another surprise inactive this week: WR Chris Chambers. Chambers was inactive last week against the Houston Texans after suffering a finger injury. Todd Haley later indicated that Chambers was healthy enough to play. He wasn't critical of him or anything so we're not sure what's up with this.
