Charlie Johnson’s return to practice has resulted in a rearrangement of the Indianapolis Colts’ starting offensive line. Johnson, who started 15 games at guard last season, has replaced Tony Ugoh as the team’s starting left tackle. “It was something we were slated to do at the onset (of training camp), but Charlie got hurt,’’ coach Jim Caldwell said after this morning’s practice at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technolgy. Johnson tore a pectoral in April and opened camp on the physically unable to perform list. Now that’s he’s back, he’s the guy who’ll protect quarterback Peyton Manning’s backside..
