Colts quarterback Peyton Manning (neck surgery) hopes to play in "controlled circumstances" later this season, according to ESPN NFL Insider Chris Mortensen. Controlled circumstances would be red-zone situations and the two-minute drill. It's a sign that Manning's neck fusion is coming along, but there's still no reason to be carrying Manning in re-draft leagues. The 0-10 Colts are going to exercise extreme caution here.
