Indianapolis Colts running back Mike Hart is on a one-a-day practice plan. Hart is recovering from a torn ACL. With the selection of Rookie Donald Brown in the 2009 draft and Joseph Addai already on the roster, it's going to be difficult for Hart to find playing time in the Colts backfield.
