The Indianapolis Colts have placed third-year veteran wide receiver Roy Hall on the Waived-Injured List, the club announced Thursday. The Colts also waived offensive lineman Tom Pestock and signed two free agents, running back Walter Mendenhall and defensive end Rudolph Hardie. Mendenhall (6-0, 227), a rookie from Illinois State, originally signed as an undrafted free agent with Philadelphia. Source: colts.com
