Ever hit the market ??LMAO Dieon >>>> NA And how'd that work out for you? Throwing money at a 30 year old CB that doesn't fit your system? Sent by HTC Vivid using Tapatalk
JJ- 'one of the best corners to ever hit the market'... that means, not necessarily THE best. But one of the best. Ya dig? It should work out great for us this year when we play him in the right scheme. Drag- Again, how IS it a heck you? Goodell never said they couldn't spend the cap they have. He said they can't spend the $10 mil he took away over the next two years. But hey, if you guys wanna think that somehow Goodell took this personally, you're welcome to your opinion. Just doesn't make any sense.
The Carr and Nmandi signing are apple to oranges. Carr is 26 and Nmandi got a rather low amount of guarenteed money due to that fact that he would be 30 once he hit the field. Unless Carr completely sucks, he'll play his deal out, Nmandis was structured in a way that he doesnt have too As far as the "heck you", it was a joke basically coming from that fact the punishment wasnt going to stop us from doing what we wanted
I see your points. And I concur. Although... I will still say that is a lot of fuggin money to pay for Carr. At least today. If he plays well, then obviously it was a good deal.
I Have read a few stories that tried to say the skins and cowboys are considering suing the nfl over losing the money they did due to salarycap gate.you guys heard anything about this?
If you want to talk about suing the NFL this isn't the thread for it, but you are welcome to start a thread about it in the General Football Discussion forum.
cowboys fans, just know what you have with Carr. He is a risk-taker. He will deflect and break up a lot of passes. However, because he 'sells out' so much on breaking up the pass, when he doesn't, it's usually big yards. Just be prepared for what's coming. He's a good corner and will break up a lot of passes but he will give up some big plays.
