Tale of two halves for the Steelers on defense. They were lit up in the first half and made stops when they had to in the second.

the reason the 2nd half went so much better for the steelers defense is because LeBeau got his head out of his butt and stopped forcing Ike Taylor to cover megatron one on one and switched up his coverages and started putting 2 guys on him. to actually think that ANY cornerback in this league is capable of covering megatron one on one is just plain stupid but that was apparently what lebeau wanted to do in the first half. i swear sometimes i think these coaches and front office people are not as smart as we give them credit.
Actually a lot of time Taylor was one on one with him in the second half too...less than the first half...but still he was singled up on him most of the time. The bigger story here was how DeCastro handles and I do mean handled Suh. VERY happy with that...
