Derrick Harvey opened the game as a stand-up rush linebacker as the Jaguars went with a 3-4 defense but the Colts seemed to target Harvey and ran successfully at him when he wasn’t dropping back into coverage, and he didn’t provide much on the pass rush. Quentin Groves replaced Harvey as a rush linebacker in the second half. It appeared that Harvey was benched, but the Jaguars didn’t describe his time on the sidelines that way. When coach Jack Del Rio was asked why Harvey didn’t play more, he said, “That’s a question I’ll have to ask the staff. There’s no reason why he shouldn’t have been in there.†Source: Florida Times-Union
