Some unfortunate news out of Miami: Dolphins broadcaster Jim Mandich, 62, returned to the hospital over the weekend. Mandich, a tight end on the undefeated ’72 Dolphins squad, is fighting bile-duct cancer. The Sun Sentinel says friends and family are extremely concerned, as Mandich’s condition sounds serious. Mandich's cancer was diagnosed in February 2010. He quit his popular call-in show but continued to call Dolphins games with play-by-play man Jimmy Cefalo and analyst Joe Rose. Source: CBS Sports
