    jon kitna --->37 Really?
    chris redman ---> 33 Only decent one
    chad pennington ---> 34 Fragile
    daunte culpepper---> 33 Done
    matt moore (only 27) ---> RFA Decent too

    I'm not trying to say that i love Vick cause i don't. All I'm Trying to say is by keeping Vick and trading McNabb you can keep a QB competition with Kolb i know Kolb would win the job but you gotta have someone fighting for the job, and by keeping Kolb you know the eagles would hold more leverage over Kolb's contract over 37 year old kitna, fragile pennington, old culpepper. Unless Derek Anderson is available as is let go of.

    And i could be wrong about the compensation pick now that i look more into it. Also Vick could always be traded after training camp once a QB get injured or if the Rams want to make a publicity stunt to add fans to the seat

    y2k - you said earlier we'd need a vet back-up if both mcnabb and vuck go, well i gave several that fit that mold and know the WCO. you claim a couple of them are too old, did you think that about garcia ? to the eagles, kolb is the future and he's has had to earn his way to the starting line-up by sitting behind mcnabb so it isn't being handed to him. also there's no leverage to be gained in regards to kolb's next contract right now because again none of know what the next CBA is going to dictate and the fact that there isn't a new one in place is a big reason why he and mcnabb are going into the last year of their existing deals.

    again on vick, there is zero chance they are going to pay him that $5mil so he will be traded or released. i know that may push GJDMQYB to suicide but the eagles are smarter than to keep him at that price plus he wants to start and that isn't happening here.
