Eagles Unlikely To Sign Saints Restricted Free Agent RB Mike Bell?

    There had been reports that the Eagles were interested in restricted free agent running back Mike Bell. A team source said however that a deal was unlikely. The Saints placed the low tender on Bell, which requires no compensation if any team signed him to an offer sheet.
