Giants might be the only team that can since so far the ONLY defensive strategy that worked against him was the 1st Redskin's game where they injured him.....and the Giants have D has been pretty good about injuring other QBs

The Eagles defense is middle of the pack in the NFL and your Defensive coordinator was almost replaced two weeks ago. You cant play a zone either because those wideouts are good. What the Giants are going to have to do is get pressure and bring the blitz, let him throw quick or evade teh run, you have to pick your poison abd I'd rather get beat on blitzing rather than sitting in a zone all day and giving him time to throw. The best way to stop vick is to not let him on the field. Giants need to produce long methodical drives.
I don't know what you were reading but I assure you, McDermott wasn't ever going anywhere. Long methodical drives won't happen with EliNT facing our D and it's 16 INTs this season.
Eagles beat writers and analyst were all saying about 2 weeks ago that his job was in doubt specifically after the Titans loss Your talking like the Eagles defense is the steel curtain here and that all of a sudden the Giants offense is going to crap the bed for the rest of the season. The Eagles give up over 100yds a game on the ground and over 200 in the air. The Giants can run the ball, that's how you produce long drives.
