    Samuel's not a good fit in their scheme. People know that and that's why his value has gone down.

    The only reason they are considering taking a chump pick for him is they need the money elsewhere. If he was making 5 mil, they'd keep him just like they did last year. Fitting the scheme or not, he's still valuable.

    Schematically, it really never made sence to keep him once they added DRC and Nmandi. None of those three play the slot, and while it looks intimidating to have all three of them out there in the Nickle, that slot CB is at a huge disadvatage. Playing the outside and slot are two different things, and its not a good idea to have your 3 CB's be pure outside CB's. They should have traded him last year. Hanson is far from terrible
