Whoa...someone's feeling brave today. :icon_eek: Seriously dude, Chiefs fans are always talking about the same issues in the Latest NFL Headlines and AFC Discussion at the same time. What's the big deal?

I stopped yelling at the kid when I found out his age.

Is he seriously a problem child or what?

Apparently he hasn't learned how to be tactful. If he had a prob. with SRW posting this in here, he should've discussed it with him in IM or PM.

I guess you're right if someone is gonna be a public idiot then they need to hear about it publicly.

At least he seems to have a thick skin.

No...what I'm saying is...as a mod of this site, he should know better...he should've kept this matter PRIVATE between him and SRW, not drag it out in public.

    Yes he's a reporter.

Back to the subject, ESPN is mostly crap.

Yeah, it really is, the only time I ever watch that channel is when they have a football game on that I want to watch. Other than that, NEVER.

Only he's not 12...if you do a RavensFan52 search you'll find he's all over the place, from many different places and many different ages...lol.

All aboard...I'm on the same ship...I haven't watched ESPN for years. I won't watch any of their pregame crap because it's just "old." Berman was the man about 10 years ago...now his crap is just old. ESPN fills that pregame panel with a bunch of ex-players who can't speak proper english and are on there because of their names. It's awful...a local market station could put together a better pregame show.

With the exception of Steve Young and Tom Jackson, the rest of them have no concept how to analyze a game. Atleast get the freaking players' names straight to start.

They'd be better off throwing Merrill Hoge and Ron Jaworski on that panel.

Stuart Scott? Could someone please ask him to stop trying to act African American? He's more of a Caucassian than I am!

again you say this when it's beyond weak. seriously. go do a search of any username from any team like that and you'll find the same thing. it's a very common name to use. unless you've verified that the IP's match your theory holds as much water as a bucket with no bottom.

everyone wants to be the first to break a story, that's understandable but it's to apoint where nobody checks facts and they are willing to throw anything out there just to get a few hits on a website.

More Egg On The Faces Of ESPN, Mort

On the heels of Chris Mortensen telling the world (and, apparently the Cardinals themselves) that Kurt Warner was going to be the starting QB in Arizona, Awful Announcing points out that in the last two years there have been EIGHT "breaking news" reports that Mort and ESPN have been dead wrong about.

Awful Announcing: Chris Mortensen Gets Another "Breaking News" Story Wrong

Remember when ESPN used to be the measuring stick and not a joke of its former self? Those days are long gone.

Is there anyone here that doesn't recognize ESPN for what it is? This is starting to get a little redundant.:dontknow:
