Yeah, and the mockery is the idiots they hire to be so called analysts. Emmit, Kornholer, Steven A Smith.....these guys are all pathetic and they parade em out there as often as they can.
Is it that the producers don't listen to the avid sports fan? They must put what they want they think you want to see on the air without doing any research.
This is why Emmit is a babbling idiot. http://gridironfans.com/forums/nfl-smack-central/66425-official-emmitt-smith-quote-club.html Bears88 will never return to this thread so I answered for him!:icon_cheesygrin:
There's only two guys at ESPN that are worth a damn, IMO. Kirk Herbstreit, who is hands down, the best analyst on that network regardless of sport. And Michael Wilbon because he's the only one with the onions to say a bad word about ESPN and call the network or it's talking heads out on the carpet when it needs to be done.
ESPN radio has LL Cool J on all their programs today. It's really annoying to listen to someone that knows jack crap about sports. On top of that, it's really annoying to hear "you know what I'm saying" twice in every freaking sentence that comes out of his mouth.
They have a couple of good analysts. The only problem is they are all on NFL Live, not any of the pre-game shows. Schlereth is really good, as are a couple of the other former players (again, on NFL Live, not the pregame.)
