Ex-Giants WR Plaxico Burress Wants To Play With The Dolphins?

    Someone familiar with Plaxico Burress’ thinking believes he prefers to avoid New York, to play in a warmer climate, and that his preference is to live near his offseason home in Miami. The person also says Burress knows he’d be better off far from the clutches of the New York media that remember every sordid detail of his Giants career. His past, were he to play elsewhere, is a short story. In New York, it would become a season-long theme.

    Nah there are others, but he is 33 and has been out of football over two seasons. Not worth wasting a dibs on.

    I can't see Plaxico fresh out of prison and South Beach being a good combo. He can give all the lip service he wants about being a changed man but I'd be a very leery buyer especially with whatever proce tag he thinks he deserves. He only has his personal history to blame.
