Ex-Jaguars WR Jimmy Smith To Be Arraigned On Drug Charges

    Former Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Jimmy Smith is set to be arraigned on several charges, including possession of cocaine and marijuana. A hearing for the 40-year-old Smith is scheduled for Thursday morning. He also faces charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.
