Ex-Lions coach Jim Schwartz likely to have many options

    With five other head coaching vacancies, Schwartz could potentially land as a head coach or defensive coordinator in a new city. He was the Titans defensive coordinator from 2001-08.

    That's a possibility, according to what Mike Fisher of 105.3 The Fan said this morning. Other names that Fisher mentioned were Marinelli, Frazier, and Lovie Smith.

    Schwartz is a joke as a head coach. He can't keep his guys in line. He might work as a DC with a head coach that can keep the players in line for him.

    Who in their right mind would even consider this loser? If he can't win with Stafford, Megatron and the D-Line, how can he succeed with a player of Christian Ponder quality (just an example)? Schwarz is a proven loser with a couple of nuts and bolts missing.
