Lots of players find themselves at a crossroad when advancing to the next level, athletically. They can struggle to be mediocre at their prefered position, or take a shot at greatness by shifting to a more suitable position for them--at that new level. Let McNeal and others learn from Kordell "Slash" Stewart. Kordell could have known greatness as an unpredictable receiver who can throw like a QB. Instead, he insisted on the QB role and left the game after a mostly disappointing career. It's a team game, and not about what YOU want but rather about what you can bring to the team.
