Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones, who has a knee in injury, returned to practice on a limited basis on Thursday. Wide receiver Roddy White (knee), left tackle Sam Baker (knee) and defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux (knee) did not practice for the second straight day as the Falcons (1-0) prepare to face the St. Louis Rams (1-0) at 1 p.m. at the Georgia Dome. Linebacker Sean Weatherspoon (knee) and cornerback Asante Samuel (thigh) were limited in practice. Free safety Thomas DeCoud (knee), defensive tackle Peria Jerry (knee) and defensive end/tackle Cliff Matthews (knee) all returned to full participation after being limited on Wednesday.
