Fan Ticketed For Throwing Football In Chargers Stadium Parking Lot

This was during the game in a lot about a mile and a half from the stadium where you can still tailgate during the game. Oh trust me when I say my dad found out about this after the game and wasn't happy either.

This proves to me that some judges are not the overbearing self loving buttholes they appear to be!
