Montana/Young/Brodie are best three but it sure seems that the Cowboys Alwyas have a good qb.....Meredith,Morton,Staubach,White,Aikman,Romo.....that's a lotta years covered with only a few down years.

Yong and Montana were great to have back to back but how many years before Montana were the 49ers looking for a QB.

Before Montana there was John Brodie, another good quarterback. Also Y.A. Tittle.

Add John Brodie to the list of great Niner QB's and even Garcia had his best years there, making a couple of Pro Bowls.

It's between them and the Colts for me. The Colts had Johnny U, Earl Morrell was a league MVP for them, Bert Jones in the 70's and now Peyton Manning who is now involved in any GOAT QB discussion IMO.

I think based on success you have to go with the Niners, Joe Cool is my #1 QB of all time, Young is a league MVP and Super Bowl winner, Brodie was good for a long time. Tittle spent the majority of career as a Niner but had his best years as a Giant.
