Hope he comes back to the Bears. He should retire as a Bear and not play for any other team.

The Bears have just been waiting till a more realistic $$$ comes into play with a calmer but more knowledgeable #54 who accepts the fact that the Bears are the only team that sees more worth in him than the others.

I'm really not suprised that Urlacher is still on the open market. If some team (other than the Bears) really wanted him, he would have likely been signed by now. If he gets an offer from another team that's better than what the Bears offered him, more power to him but it won't be by much.

yep, urlacher looked like an butt with his comments about the bears offer. hopefully now he is realizing that the offer was more than fair.

Urlacher was origionally asking for $5.5 million a year at first. For an aging MLB who will be 35 years old once the 2013 season begins, no one with the right mind frame would give that amount of money to a player of Urlacher's age. If the Bears really wanted to slap Urlacher in the face, they could have offered him the veterans minimum.
