He accepted an invitation for to attend the team's rookie mini-camp this weekend, according to The Ball State Daily News. The 6-3, 260-pound defensive end is a longshot to make it to training camp, let alone to the Opening Day roster, but if he did somehow stick, he'd be 34 at the start of the NFL season, making him the oldest rookie in the NFL since Otis Douglas became the NFL's oldest rookie when he made the Philadelphia Eagles as a 35-year-old in 1946.
