yep, it would be funny if the giants and niners played in the nfccg after everyone pretty much assumed it would be the saints v packers. this is a weird playoffs though. has anyone else noticed that ALL of the higher seeds/home teams have won, regardless of whether they were favored or not? if the pattern holds all the way through, it will be a packer v patriots super bowl .............
I hope the Giants win. That way, they'll have to fly cross country and lose to the Niners next week.:icon_twisted:
The worst defenses have won as well...with the exception of the Saints last night. But look at all the teams in the playoffs and where their defenses have ranked. Majority of the pass defenses are the pits...lol.
We all should know, that the postseason has it own rules. We made the SB as #6 seed last year. Maybe we won't even get to the Championshipgame this time (I hope we will...) as the #1 seed. Look at the Saints. Everybody was so high about them, as if we didn't need the postseason, bc there wasn't a doubt, they going to win the SB. Well, we they knew better now..... There is one thing I'm really happy about. I have one of the Saintsfans on ignore, so I don't have to read his whining and moaning... :icon_wink:
Inactives announced: http://gridironfans.com/forums/late...unced-giants-vs-packers-divisional-round.html No issues for Jennings and Starks, they are a full go.
yep, this game is being looked at as the more intriguing match-up of today's games. i wouldn't expect it to live up to the saints v niners yesterday but their regular season match-up was pretty exciting so hopefully we'll have another one of those
yep, that first drive worked out just like it usually does for the packers ............. give up tons of yards but limit the points
