GM, HC, Or QB ?

    From my personal view it's the GM, without someone in charge of getting talent a HC or QB isn't relevant, take the 49ers...without Baalke we don't have the players we have and we don't hold onto the great players we have, as they say CRAP ROLLS DOWNHILL...
